Food more than met our expectations and our waitress was excellent. We were fortunate that it was a beautiful day and we were able to enjoy the great views outside. It was exactly what my wife and I were looking for to satisfy our shellfish cravings.
We shared a lobster roll, lightly fried scallops & clams along with a couple beers. Everything was very good. -

We loved this place. Loved the buttery lobster roll. Clam strips were lightly battered, crispy. Fried oysters were....da bomb! We didn't realize there was seating upstairs until we were leaving. Views up there are gorgeous! Good service, great menu.

This place is amazing ! Had a hot lobster roll and it came with melted butter... talk about melting in your mouth!!! Fabulous!!! And the lemon drop martini is awesome as well.

One of the best lobster rolls I've ever had! Generous, fresh, and tasty. The seafood chowder was delicious, as were the crab cakes served with a side of pepper jelly! Difficult to get a seat, but it's worth a little wait. There's also bar seating - great Moscow mules!

Been here a couple times, and both had fairly good experiences. A little pricey, but food is quite decent. They have a lot of indoor, outdoor, and bar seating.
First time got the fish and chips - really flaky fish and fries were good.
Second time got the hot lobster roll and potato chips. Average amount of lobster on a well-buttered top cut hot dog bun.
My friend got the cold lobster roll, and it came with a little more lobster, but I guess it all comes down to preference between hot/cold rolls.
They serve a great glass of ice water with lemon after a day of dehydration at the beach.
It's mainly high school / college students who are quite attentive and numerous.
Food would be a 3.5 stars, but location and service BUMP IT to a 4 :)
